Qkits Ltd respects your privacy. We are PCI complaint and we are proudly EV SSL Certified by GeoTrust for your security and peace of mind. We collect information provided by visitors including, but not limited to, order details, name, address and phone number. The information we collect is used to: Ship your goods and process your payments. EMAIL is our preferred method of communication. Please provide an accurate email address so we may contact you if we need to regarding your order or if more information is needed to process your order or if your credit card declines, ect.. Information we collect is not shared with any other entities without express permission of the visitor unless we are required to do so to comply with local, federal or international law. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please e-mail sales@qkits.com from the e-mail address in question to let us know that you do not want to receive e-mail from our Qkits Ltd. If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please e-mail sales@qkits.com and be sure to provide your full name and address listed on any postal mailings sent by QKits Ltd. If you supply us with your telephone number, you may receive telephone contact if there is a problem with information regarding orders you have placed on-line or from the shipping company delivering your order. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, e-mail sales@qkits.com and be sure to provide the telephone number in question. As with any policy, our Privacy Policy is updated from time to time, so please check this page periodically.
Returns & Replacements
Unassembled kits may be returned for refund if purchased within the last 30 days. Product must be in resellable condition in original package. 15% restocking fee applies to all goods returned to QKits Ltd. Shipping will not be refunded. Kits returned to QKits Ltd partially or fully assembled do not qualify for refund. In the event that an incomplete kit is returned (missing parts) QKits Ltd reserves the right to refuse refund. Raspberry Pi's purchased and used without an enclosure and 5V 3A Regulated Power Supply voids any warranty. No returns or refunds on components, static sensitive devices or special order items. Special order items refer to an assembled and/or modified kit and/or items ordered specially for you. The customer must contact Qkits Ltd to receive an RMA number and return instructions before returning any goods. Goods returned without an RMA number do not qualify for refund.
Ordering
To order with us please order on-line. If you prefer you can call your order in to 1-888-464-5487. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, American Express, Discover, Paypal, International Money Order. Government institutions of municipal, state and federal may order using a Purchase Order. Please enter your PO number in the PO field when you place your order. Make sure to follow up with a hard copy of your PO mailed or emailed (sales@qkits.com)
Shipping
We ship by UPS. Flat rate shipping will be sent via tracked USPS. Free shipping applies to order of $100USD+. Free shipping does not apply to Printer Filament. QKits Ltd is not responsible for any late shipments, lost or damaged to goods during shipment due to adverse weather, natural disasters, military action, war, border issues, courier strikes, terrorist acts or any other circumstance beyond our control.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Your credit card will be processed through Paypal via our payment gateway. All orders are charged in US dollars. Website pricing periodically changes but will not affect any current orders you have with us.Any and all promotions will be honored if you place your order during the stated promotional time period.
Viewing Orders
You may view your order status and order history when you log in to your account. If you place an order as a Guest, you will not be able to view the status of your order after you place it or any order history. If this is important to you for future reference, please set up an account when you place your order.
Use of Products
QKits Ltd is not liable for any injuries sustained due to the use of or improper use of products purchased from QKits Ltd. Care must be taken when dealing with electricity. Most of our products are low voltage and have no risk of shock. If you are not sure what you are doing, please have someone with knowledge help you.
Extreme caution should be taken with any kit (product) that directly connects to AC wall current. The purchaser understands that QKits Ltd is acting as reseller of goods only and not responsible for manufacturing defects, design flaws or optional items not included in the kits.
Updating Account Information
